agreement for oversize cost reimbursement to TESCHER DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC,
for the oversizing of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 8-inch water main to
12-inch water main located within the Homestead Street Right-of-Way in the SE¼
NW¼ of Section 4, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, Rapid City SD. The
proposed water line improvements are being constructed with the Copperfield
Vistas Subdivision Phase 1 and Phase 2 infrastructure improvements. Reimbursement
for the oversize improvements may be requested for Phase 1 or Phase 2
improvements depending on project completion and final acceptance by the
City. Final reimbursement payment shall be determined by actual installed
costs of the improvements, and shall not exceed $27,445.42.
